Photocopy of a transcription of a notebook kept by Blessing during his World War I military service in France (1917-1918), and later used to record other items of personal history and to store memorabilia and photographs. The volume is semi-published and was edited by his daughter, Lois Blessing Zamjahn. It includes family genealogical information and several photographs. Blessing enlisted in Superior, Wis. and was a member of the 32nd (Red Arrow) Division.
